Overview
We were commissioned by DDK Commercial Interiors to produce a brand documentary that would highlight their founder’s story and reflect on the magic of their last 50 years in Australian Manufacturing.
Challenges & Approach
The main challenge was creating an engaging 11-minute documentary that honored the brand's history while appealing to both old and new audiences. Over two days, including a full day of nine interviews, our team stayed flexible and creative, weaving the stories into a clear and simple script.
The result
The video captured the beauty of the manufacturing process with cinematic shots, adding a romantic flair to the story. It was a true showcase of our team's creativity and skill in crafting a narrative that not only captivated but deeply connected with the audience. This project proved the power of film in elevating a brand’s legacy. We didn’t just meet expectations, we moved hearts.
Founder and CEO Daniel Keas was brought to tears, seeing his story and legacy immortalised in the film his family entrusted us to create.
To our dearest Mark and Natalie,
We are ecstatic. You’re part of our DDK family now.
Thank you for bringing our vision to life.
We know what it takes, and this is not for the faint-hearted! There aren't enough words to describe how grateful we are… we are truly humbled.
I’ve been eating my own tears for the last 15 minutes, even though we’ve watched it a hundred times already!
Again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
