Overview
Petraveller commissioned us to produce two brand documentaries, following clients' experiences moving overseas with pets. The aim was to clarify the process for future clients and address common objections, making them feel more comfortable transporting their pets with Petraveller.
Challenges & Approach
The biggest challenge was delivering valuable information while keeping it entertaining and engaging. Breathtaking shots of NYC helped convey that Petraveller understands their desire to move abroad, building trust in the brand. Our team had to be creative to meet Petraveller's needs and achieve their goal of increased customer engagement and sales.
The result
Adding these videos to the Petraveller website doubled the amount of quote enquiries per month. This was reported by Petraveller’s marketing team who noted no other changes were made to the website at the time besides the addition of the videos.
In just five minutes, Abel Studios included multiple layers to the video without it feeling overwhelming. The storytelling was so effective that our customers watch the documentary and instantly respect us. It eliminates any notion that we're a backyard operation.
